The GamesMarkt Business Hub is located in a prime position within the B2B Business Area at Koelnmesse (Hall2, final allocation pending). We are situated on a main aisle to ensure maximum footfall and visibility.
The booth is staffed and fully operational from Wednesday to Friday, 09:00 – 19:00. Note: The "Industry Night" event takes place on Wednesday from 17:00 – 21:00.
No. The Business Area is restricted to trade visitors and media only. All guests must have a valid trade visitor pass or press accreditation to access the hall.
Upgrades are possible subject to availability. However, private meeting rooms (Tier 2/Tier 3 tiers) often sell out months in advance. We recommend securing your required physical space early.
Tier 2: A meeting table, 4 high-quality chairs, a lockable door, and branding on the door/window.
Tier 3: A larger table with 8 chairs (or a lounge setup upon request), a TV screen for presentations, and a sideboard for storage.
The Reserved Lounge is a semi-private area. You have a dedicated high-top table assigned to your company, but it is located in an open-plan zone. It is perfect for casual meetings, but confidential discussions are better suited for Tier 2&3 private rooms.
Each tier comes with a set number of Exhibitor Passes (Tier 0: 1, Tier 1: 2, Tier 2: 4, Tier 3: 8, Tier 4: 12+). These passes grant full access to the fairground and the booth. You may purchase additional passes through us at the standard Koelnmesse rate.
Catering is all-inclusive for you and your meeting guests. Drinks (Barista coffee, soft drinks, beer/wine after 17:00) and food (pastries, snacks) are available at the central bar. Lunch is only available at a per capita basis with additional lunches being available for booking until one week before the event. Service staff will circulate to clear tables.
Yes. We install a dedicated enterprise-grade line separate from the public Koelnmesse Wi-Fi. Each partner receives a specific login for their team to ensure bandwidth priority.
We hold general liability insurance for the booth structure. However, we strongly recommend you hold your own insurance for personal equipment (laptops, prototypes) left in the booth, even in lockable rooms.
It is included automatically for Executive (Tier 2), Enterprise (Tier 3), and Anchor (Tier 4) partners. Networker (Tier 1) partners can add it for a flat fee of €2,000.

No. The Concierge Service covers the organization, booking, and management of these services. You (the client) pay the actual hotel bill and restaurant bill.

Once you sign the booth contract, the GamesMarkt team will automatically grant you special discounts of 50% at GamesMarkt and 30% at gamescomDaily for additional print and digital bookings in August and September. The prices are not eligible for further discounts, for example for bookings made through service providers and media agencies.
