Sensor Tower Acquires Video Game Insights
Sensor Tower expands its gaming intelligence solutions with the acquisition of Video Game Insights. This acquisition strengthens the company's position and widens its coverage to PC and console.
With the acquisition of Video Game Insights (VGI), Sensor Tower can provide game performance data across mobile, PC and console. VGI has built its reputation on providing insight into Steam, tracking over 150,000 titles, including data such as wishlist trends, sales, revenue and player engagement. In recent months, Video Game Insights has launched similar intelligence for PlayStation and Xbox. Video Game Insights will now operate as Video Game Insights by Sensor Tower. This follows the acquisition of data.ai last year.
