Last week, thousands of game developers from the Nordic region and beyond gathered in Malmö, Sweden. The organisers said that NG25 Spring was a resounding success.
During conference week, 182 speakers, including Josef Fares (Split/Second) and Peter Molyneux (Black & White, Fable), shared their expertise across five stages. The main stage sessions were streamed live on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch and Steam, attracting over 100,000 unique viewers. Including re-streams and social media posts, NG25 Spring reached almost one million people this year. The organisers did not disclose the number of people in attendance, only referring to 'thousands'. GamesMarkt was also on site and captured some impressions, which can be found here.
