In his previous role at [Instinct3](/company/instinct3), Lukas Galinski was responsible for sustainability and non-profit development. He was already involved in strengthening the company in terms of social, environmental and economic sustainability. As Chief Operating Officer, he will oversee middle management and focus on corporate culture, sustainability and profitability at a strategic level.

Lukas Galinski: "In recent years, the decisions I've made about my life and work have increasingly revolved around sustainability and impact. This aspect is so important to me that Instinct3 created a new role for me a year ago, focusing on social and environmental sustainability. When the COO position was advertised, I realised that accepting this integral role would probably have the greatest positive impact, both on Instinct3 and on me personally. I am therefore delighted to be starting this role, feeling highly inspired and motivated, and I will carry out my duties with the utmost sense of responsibility."

Jasmin Oestreicher, who has been CEO of Instinct3 since November 2023, will oversee the handover process and ensure a smooth transition by the end of this year. She will then remain with the Gruppe Gesellschaft group, serving as co-founder and co-managing director of Sidekick Publishing.

In the new Instinct3 structure, Johannes Gorzel acts as sole Managing Director. He and Hendrik Ruhe are also the two CEOs of the Gute Gesellschaft group of companies, which now employs over 90 people and has 10 subsidiaries.

Over the past two years, Gorzel has focused on artist management for co-founder Maximilian Knabe, as well as developing his brand identities (HandOfBlood, Knabe Drinks and Corrupted Blood). This area of work accounts for around half of Instinct3's business. The current creator portfolio includes Sterzik, Maxim, Ailaughatmyownjokes, RedHeadBegins, Aria Addams, BeHaind and Siegismund, in addition to HandOfBlood. In 2025, Instinct3's client portfolio included Vodafone, ZDF and Krombacher, among others.
