The THQ Nordic Digital Showcase 2025 was streamed last night. The 30-minute showcase was packed with announcements, with no moderator or breaks. It kicked off with SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide, which is coming to PC, PS5, Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S. In this new single-player 3D platform adventure, SpongeBob and Patrick must battle a ghostly threat. The game is once again being developed by Purple Lamp in Vienna and is scheduled for release on 18 November 2025. This was followed by Wreckreation from Three Fields Entertainment, the open-world racing sandbox game that was previously announced, and Tides of Tomorrow from Digixart (Road 96), a survival adventure in which the choices of friends and favourite streamers play an important role. The latter is set to launch on 24 February 2026 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Next up is Wreckfest 2 from Bugbear Entertainment in Finland, which is currently available via Early Access.
