"I'm truly excited to join the Premium Games Division and collaborate with such outstanding teams. Our passion for building, whether it's shaping entire labels or crafting innovative game franchises, drives me. Games, gamification, and players' enthusiasm fuel our passion. With a 360° approach and a robust network of partners, my transition has been seamless, and we are eager to unveil more details soon. Stay tuned,"  says Mario Gerhold, Global Brand & Marketing Director of Premium Games Division.

Jan-Eric Lauble has been in the games industry for over 20 years, working in development and publishing at Deep Silver as Lead Game Designer on franchises such as Metro, Dead Island and Saints Row. As Creative Director, Jan-Eric will support our developers in achieving their creative potential.
