The Early Bird booking phase for gamescom 2025 is officially live! Until February 21, 2025, companies, educational institutions, and creatives can reserve exhibition spaces at discounted rates for the world’s largest gaming event.

Early Bird exhibitors can save up to 15 per cent on entertainment area bookings, while educational institutions benefit from additional reductions of 10 Euro below standard rates. Specialized areas, including the artist, indie, and cards & boards areas, also feature exclusive offers tailored to their communities.

The event arena, a major highlight of 2024, remains a flagship attraction. This dynamic space offers brands the chance to create immersive experiences and host mini-festivals, leaving a lasting impression on attendees. Bookings for the event arena are now open as well.

gamescom 2024 set new benchmarks, hosting 335,000 visitors from 120 countries and 1,462 exhibitors from 64 nations. Online, the event reached staggering heights, with 310 million content views worldwide.
