The DevGamm Awards 2024 have revealed their nominees. The awards will given away in a ceremony at DevGAMM Lisbon 2024 in Portugal on November 15 as part of the conference.

The GSA region is strongly represented in the nominees this year. shapez 2 by tobspr games is nominated for Excellence in Game Design, while ODDADA by by Sven Ahlgrimm, Mathilde Hoffmann, Bastian Clausdorff has chances for the Excellence in Audio award. Excellence in Narrative even features three out of five GSA developers: Osmotic Studios and Mostly Games from Germany as well as Causa Creations from Austria. Tiny Bookshop from neoludic Games is nominated as Most Anticipated Game, while Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret by Christoph Minnameier / Pig Knight Games could be awarded Best Mobile Game. PVKK: Planetenverteidigungskanonenkommandant by Bippinbits is running in the Community Vote. 

The biggest hopes go for Constance by btf GmbH: The game is awarded in two categories: Excellence in Visual Arts and Developers Choice. In fact, the Grand Prize is the only category without GSA nominations, apart from the obviously excluded Best Game From Portugal category.
