With the appointment of Daniela Löhr as Managing Director, OMG FUSE, the agency for pop-cultural relevance marketing, has expanded its management team around Lucas Petermeier and Yvonne Lukas. The company has been on a growth path in recent years.

Daniela Löhr has been promoted from Managing Partner to Managing Director of OMG FUSE, the pop culture relevance marketing agency of Omnicom Media Group Germany. The 42-year-old will join the two Managing Directors Lucas Petermeier and Yvonne Lukas. In her new role, she will be primarily responsible for expanding and managing client relationships at the top decision-maker level, thus ensuring and further developing excellence in consulting.

Löhr, who trained as a media designer and holds a degree in business administration, joined OMG FUSE as a Director in 2019 and was promoted to Managing Partner in 2022. Previously, she held various positions in corporate communications, strategic brand consulting and sports marketing and has relevant experience in brand communication. OMG FUSE is expanding its management team in response to the company's strong growth over the past few years - following recent portfolio expansions in the areas of Creator Economy and Gamification.

"Over the past five years, Dani has played a key role in shaping and driving forward the transformation of OMG FUSE in terms of positioning, culture, team enablement and also economic growth. Expanding the management team to include Dani is exactly the right step for OMG FUSE as a partner at the side of our customers and an important building block for the further development of the agency," says Lucas Petermeier, Managing Director.

"We are delighted to have Daniela join Lucas and Yvonne in the OMG FUSE management team. Daniela has a broad range of expertise across a variety of communications disciplines, she is extremely client-focused and strong in consulting, and she has also proven her leadership and team development skills. In Daniela, we have found exactly the right person for this position - and once again from within our own ranks," says Peter Kuhlmann, COO Omnicom Media Group Germany.

Daniela Löhr adds: "I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with Yvonne, Lucas, Peter and all the 'FUSIES'. We have a fantastic team and a clear goal: to make OMG FUSE the next generation lead agency."

OMG FUSE - with offices in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin - develops brand communications and campaigns in areas such as social media, sport, gaming & esports, influencer marketing and gamification. The company is involved in a range of business activities, from Müllermich to IEM, gamescom, BIG and even Icon League. It is an agency of Omnicom Media Group Germany and thus part of Omnicom, a global communications, advertising and marketing services group. With OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science, it comprises a total of three media agency networks in Germany and serves around 200 clients from various industries.
