NRW Funds 3 Games Against Fake News and Hate Speech Online With €277,000
The Film- and Medien Stiftung NRW has published the first results of its funding programme for games aimed at preventing disinformation and radicalisation. Three projects will receive a combined total of just over half of the budget available for 2025.

NRW has earmarked a total of €500,000 for the new funding programme for games aimed at preventing disinformation and radicalisation, which was announced in November 2024. The first call for funding was issued in February and the decisions from the first allocation meeting are now available.
