To kick off their new partnership, [Daedalic Entertainment](/company/daedalic-entertainment) and [Magni Games](/company/magni-games) have agreed on a comprehensive realignment of the project [Coins, Crown & Cabal (Kreuzer, Krone & Kavale)](/game/kreuzer-krone-und-kabale).

The studio and publisher will now focus exclusively on the PC version. Development for mobile platforms will be discontinued. This also comes with a shift in the business model: instead of the previously planned free-to-play model—originally necessary for mobile marketing—Coins, Crown & Cabal will now be released as a premium title.

According to Magni Games and Daedalic, this far-reaching decision was not taken lightly, but is based directly on player feedback. Conceptually, the game will also shift from an MMO to a persistent online multiplayer strategy title.

"We are aware that some of you followed us specifically for Coins, Crown & Cabal being planned as a Free-to-Play title, but after careful reconsideration we believe that the majority of the community, the game itself – as well as its development – benefit far more from this change," says developer Magni Games.
