Are you a seasoned Technical Artist ready to push the boundaries of mobile game visuals? Snowprint Studios is hiring a Lead Technical Artist for Tacticus to merge artistic vision with flawless technical execution.

This is your opportunity to work with competent industry experts on a prestigious, multiple finalist and award winning* team and strategy game. In this role, you’ll lead technical art efforts, innovate tools, optimize rendering, and refine pipelines for artists—all while delivering stunning visuals with top-notch performance. Your expertise will help take Tacticus’ aesthetics to the next level.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • A track record of high-quality results as a seasoned Technical Artist

  • Extensive expertise of rendering, memory management, performance for mobile devices

  • Proficiency in Unity, specifically for creating and modifying graphic tools and pipelines using C#

  • Excellent understanding of 2D/3D graphics content and development (Maya)
Nice-to-have
  • Shader authoring and profiling capabilities (HLSL, Metal)

  • Python and PyMel knowledge

  • VFX (Particle systems, shaders, esthetic design) and general graphic design experience
