EC Publishes Preliminary Findings, Google Rails Against DMA

The European Commission has communicated two preliminary findings to Alphabet, according to which the Google Group is violating the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Google has responded with a blog post criticizing the EU rules for harming consumers and businesses. Meanwhile, there are also new decisions about Apple.
