Rockfish Games Doubles Down on Everspace 2
The first DLC for Everspace 2, Titans, has been released, featuring two massive space encounters. But Rockfish Games has even bigger plans and will be creating a second, even bigger expansion.
Hamburg-based Rockfish Games has released Everspace 2: Titans, the first major DLC for Everspace 2, on Steam, GOG, Xbox and PlayStation. The DLC is fully voiced in English and German and is available for 14.99 Euros. Titans introduces two new storylines to the Cluster 34 star systems, taking place around the middle of the game. "Thanks to the power of Unreal Engine 5, our team is constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our award-winning game world, creating experiences that inspire space fans around the world," said Michael Schade, CEO and co-founder of Rockfish Games, announcing Everspace 2: Titans at gamescom 2024.
"Our first story DLC, Titans, gives space pilots a sneak peek at future content. We are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in our space shooter RPG with massive encounters like Dreadnought and Leviathan that will influence the future of the Everspace series," said Michael Schade, CEO and co-founder of Rockfish Games. "The entire team is looking forward to using these insights to develop our next, much larger expansion.
The Rockfish Games team has also released an update for Everspace 2 that enables AMD FSR 3.1.0 in Everspace 2, as well as a migration to Unreal Engine 5.4 and optimisations for PC and console performance.
