Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe und der britische Mobile-Commerce-Anbieter Docomo Digital kooperieren. Die Vereinbarung umfasst auch die Vermarktung gemeinsamer, exklusiver Games.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe und Docomo Digital haben eine globale Partnerschaft vereinbart. Docomo Digital ist ein Mobile-Commerce Anbieter und Tochter des japanischen Telekommunikationsunternehmens NTT Docomo. Zentrales Ziel der Partnerschaft ist der Ausbau des Inhalteangebots. So stehen Bandai Namco einerseits nun die Vertriebskanäle von Docomo Digital offen, die insbesondere in Märkten stark sind, in denen User bevorzugt über die Telekommunikationsunternehmen für Content bezahlen, in denen also das sogenannte Carrier-Billing stark ist.

Zudem wollen beide Partner aber auch exklusive Games gemeinsam entwickeln und vermarkten. Nähere Details gabe die beiden Unternehmen aber nicht bekannt.
