After EOI Process: Berlin Wins Deutscher Computerspielpreis 2025

The DCP 2025 will be held in Berlin. At first glance, this comes as no surprise. The DCP has been awarded alternately in Munich and Berlin since its introduction in 2009. In 2024, the DCP was held in Munich, so the choice of Berlin was to be expected. Normally. But for the first time the city to host the DCP has been announced through an process of expression of interest (EOI). According to the organisers, all of Germany's federal states were eligible to bid.
