Taking place in Berlin on 13-14 November 2025, the Games Ground 2025 Business Days will bring together industry professionals, creatives and decision-makers for two days of talks, panels and workshops. This announcement also marks the unveiling of the first speakers.

The Business Days at Games Ground 2025 will return in 2025 with an expanded and more focused programme. Over the course of two days, the event will offer a selection of talks, panels and workshops focused on the craft and realities of game development. The content will be structured around four central tracks: Game Design & Tech, Art, Business & Publishing, and Community & Culture. The first confirmed speakers for Games Ground 2025 are Vojtěch Nedvěd (Audio Director at Warhorse Studios), Jane Katsubo (Senior Concept Artist [full-time freelancer] at Larian Studios), Atillio Carotenuto (Technical Lead at Unity Technologies), Maria Maunula (Senior Game Producer at Supercell) and Mitsuo Hirakawa (Director of Business Development - Gaming Partnership at Twitch).

The Business Days are also designed to foster connections and industry growth. The organisers say: "Publisher Connect offers curated matchmaking between 100+ indie developers and over 50 global publishers and investors. Career Ground, in collaboration with studios, recruitment agencies, and game engines, supports professional development through portfolio reviews, CV feedback, and mentoring—while connecting talent with potential employers. Mentor Ground returns with 1:1 advisory sessions from leading experts at companies like Ubisoft and Larian Studios. Attendees can also expect hands-on workshops, another Steam Event Sale Page to spotlight indie titles, an expanded XR Area showcasing immersive experiences, as well as curated networking mixers and evening events designed to spark new collaborations. This year also marks the return of our NPC Program, where live actors in-character guide attendees through interactive quests that encourage discovery, connection, and play."

Business Days Tickets are now on sale. The Early Access Business Days Ticket grants full access to all four days for €195. The Indie/Start-Up ticket is available for €95. To support students and job seekers, a discounted ticket is available for €50. The Early Access prices are available until 30 June. Tickets for the Public Days (15-16 November) will be available from 1 July 2025.
