Der DaViDeo DivX-Player, den G Data nun auf den Markt bringt, kann nicht nur DivX- und MPEG-Filme abspielen sondern auch selbststartende Film-CDs erzeugen.

Ende November bringt die G Data Software AG einen Software-Player in den Handel. Der DaViDeo DivX-Player kann DivX- und MPEG-Filmen abspielen und unterstützt dabei alle Sprachen, Untertitel und Film-Kapitel. Der Player ist nach Angaben des Herstellers auch für MP3-, AC3-Audio, MID- und WAV-Dateien geeignet. Zusätzlich kann das Programm selbststartende Film-CDs erzeugen. Der voraussichtliche HAP wird 19,99 Euro betragen.
