The winners of the gamescom awards have been announced. Capcom won several awards for Resident Evil Requiem. Ubisoft impressed the jury with its booth designs in the business and entertainment area, while The Pokémon Company won the consumr voting for the Best Booth category.

The title won in the categories Best Visuals, Best Audio, Most Epic, and Best Sony PlayStation Game. Capcom also received the award for Best Lineup. In addition to Resident Evil Requiem, Capcom also brought Pragmata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword to Cologne.
