Games Industry Business Lounge 2024 Sold out and New Branding
25 exhibitors will attend the Games Industry Business Lounge 2024, filling a total of 41 rooms and areas. There will also be a welcome reception hosted by G-Star on 21 August and a joint reception hosted by Factory-C, Marchsreiter Communications and Safe In Our World on 22 August.
Since 2013, Factory-C has organised the Games Industry Business Lounge (gibl) in the business area of gamescom. In 2024, 25 exhibitors will take part, filling a total of 41 rooms and areas. The joint stand is therefore sold out. A new option is the dedicated meeting table, allowing companies with a smaller budget to take advantage of the gibl. There will also be two new receptions. Last but not least, the gibl has a new branding.
gibl is located in Hall 2.2, Stand C-51. This year's exhibitors include: Agon by AOC, Cherry Xtrfy, cpmstar, Dungeon Stalker, Evnia, Finji, Freaks 4U Gaming, GSC Game World, G-Star, Inno 3D, Instinct3, Interhaptics, jackbox games, Knights Peak (my.games), Maximum Entertainment, NZXT, PTW World, Raccoon Logic, Razer, Razer Gold, Roboto Games, Shikenso, Shueisha Games, Skydance Interactive, Solsta, velia.net and Zotac.
Project Manager Luisa Willem from Berlin agency Factory-C: "I'm really looking forward to gibl 2024. The new branding and an aisle structure connecting the three areas of the stand are certainly just some of the highlights. It is particularly pleasing that many of our regular customers will be back this year. I hope that by offering a meeting table, we will be able to develop a further customer base in the long term. We would like to thank Freaks 4U Gaming for their marketing support and for creating our new design."
On Wednesday 21 August, the Korean G-Star, one of Asia's largest games exhibitions organised by the Korea Association of Game Industry, will host a welcome reception at the gibl stand from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. (no invitation required). On Thursday 22 August from 5:00 pm, Factory-C and Marchsreiter Communications, together with Safe In Our World, will host a "relaxed afternoon" focusing on the mission of the global charity, which has been promoting mental health in the video game industry for the past five years.
In addition to the Games Industry Business Lounge, Factory-C is also coordinating the stand construction for the German games association game and is the host of the Home of Indies area in the Indie Area (Hall 10.2).
