In June, Discord will roll out its Video Quest advertising format on mobile devices for the first time. With this move, the platform aims to offer advertising partners broader reach.

A year ago, Discord introduced its rewarded ad formats, Video Quests and Play Quests. Since then, the platform has run campaigns for major titles such as Diablo, Street Fighter, World of Warcraft, and Genshin Impact.

Now, the gaming-focused platform is looking to further expand its reach for advertisers by launching Video Quests on mobile starting in June.

"Expanding our advertising platform to mobile is an obvious, natural evolution in our strategy. Our mission is to create the most authentic, player-centric advertising platform in the galaxy. This expansion will provide brand partners access to Discord's highly engaged, cross-platform mobile audience — and create new opportunities for businesses to connect with our community in meaningful, and performant, ways,” says Peter Sellis, Senior Vice President, Product at Discord.
