As in 2025 and 2024, the Gaming Area at the North Rhine-Westphalia stand, organised by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW, will be in operation on the first two trade visitor days, 26 and 27 August. Each title will be showcased for seven hours on one of these two days. Studios whose prototype is selected will receive two exhibitor tickets including a parking pass, lunch, free access to the NRW meeting room, electricity and Wi-Fi, and will benefit from the various networking opportunities offered at the stand. Among other things, NRW traditionally hosts a large reception on the first day of the fair, which is also attended by representatives from the political sphere.

NRW studios can apply until 6 May. They must submit a short company profile, logo, key art and screenshots, as well as information about the game and, ideally, a playable demo. All details must be sent to Stefan Hölzel. Images, trailers and demos can be sent via WeTransfer.
