"Marvel's Spider-Man" und "Super Mario Party" erhalten im Mai den game Sales Sonderpreis vom game-Verband.

Nach gleich sechs verliehenen Preisen im April geht der Mai es etwas langsamer an. Nur zwei Spiele werden in diesem Monat vom game-Verband mit einem Sales Award prämiert, dafür aber gleich beide mit einem Sonderpreis. Sowohl Sonys "Marvel's Spider-Man" als auch Nintendos "Super Mario Party" erreichen den Meilenstein von 500.000 verkauften Spielen.
