The League of Legends talent team of Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB), the "DKB Diamonds", will be integrated into the Xperion NXT universe in order to further intensify talent development in esports.

The DKB Diamonds will be under the umbrella of the NXT Universe and will enter the league as DKB Xperion NXT. Together with the esports player foundation, DKB has been supporting young talent in esports for four years. The commitment started with an esports scholarship for selected players and culminated in two professional "League of Legends" teams, made up of talents from the esports player foundation, to gain their first practical experience in the Prime League. Xperion initiated Xperion NXT as a hub for talent teams from various esports titles.

The decision that the DKB Diamonds and the Xperion NXT Universe should go hand in hand was only a matter of time in order to promote the continuous development of young talents in esports, according to those involved. This means that the talents can now meet regularly in a physical location that is specifically tailored to their needs. The collaboration gives them an insight into all facets of esports and lays a solid foundation for a sustainable career.

Marcel Schwarzkopf, Strategic Marketing Manager, Deutsche Kreditbank: "The merger of DKB Diamonds and NXT opens up new opportunities for esports players to improve their skills and realise their dream of a professional career. Meeting in Europe's largest gaming location and interacting with other athletes is crucial for further development. Together with Xperion and the esports player foundation, we are laying the foundation for successful esports talent development."

Sebastian Knaup, Managing Director Xperion Cologne: "The partnership with DKB and the associated integration of the DKB Diamonds into the NXT universe is an important step for us in strengthening our commitment to promoting esports talent by offering talented players the best possible facility for sustainable development. As the "Home of Esports and Gaming", we want to encourage all players to chase their dream and act as role models with our talent teams. The DKB Diamonds, as an exemplary League of Legends team, are the perfect complement to our existing talent teams in "Valorant", "CS2", and "EA FC"."
