Offiziell tritt die 24-Monate-Gewährleistungsfrist erst ab 1. Januar 2002 in Kraft. Electronic Partner kündigte an, für die freiwillige Serviceleistung gezielt in Zeitungsbeilagen, am PoS und im EP:Netshop werben zu wollen.
