Lou's Lagoon by Tiny Roar Successful on Kickstarter
Tiny Roar from Hamburg has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise additional funds for Lou's Lagoon. The initial funding goal was reached in a very short time.
Lou's Lagoon by Tiny Roar is about to get bigger thanks to a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. The goal was €10,000, which has already been reached. Currently, €16,720 has been raised from 421 backers. The Hamburg-based studio wants to use the additional funding to expand the island world. If they raise €50,000, the game will also feature a photo mode. So far, the game has only been announced for PC.
The studio writes on Kickstarter: "We (the whole team at Tiny Roar) are so incredibly grateful for your support. We never expected to get funded SO QUICKLY!! Every single one of you has made this possible - thank you for believing in us and our cosy seaplane adventure and allowing us to expand it even more."
Tiny Roar is part of the Swedish Aonic Group. Lou's Lagoon is released by both Megabit Publishing (part of Aonic) and rokaplay.
Last year, we interviewed managing director Maurice Hagelstein. He talked about the Aonic Group as a major shareholder, Germany as a games location, the latest release and what the future holds (GM+).
