The 20th instalment of the FS Conference will take place on Saturday, 15 November 2025 at the Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport terminal. This event for flight simulation enthusiasts will feature news from the industry, as well as seminars and presentations on all things flight simulation, hosted by experts and industry veterans. Visitors will also have the opportunity to test the latest software and hardware developments by the numerous exhibitors directly at their stands. The conference, organised by Aerosoft, is being held for the 20th time.

"Our FS Conference is a very special event for us: for the 20th time now, Aerosoft is bringing people from all over the world here to Paderborn. With its unique atmosphere, the airport offers the perfect setting to experience flight simulation live – for beginners and professionals alike. We are delighted to enrich the region with this event and, at the same time, bring together experts, exhibitors and visitors from the entire community here." – Winfried Diekmann, Managing Director of Aerosoft GmbH.

This year, visitors will have the opportunity to test the latest software and hardware developments from over 18 exhibitors from various countries, including Honeycomb, SayIntentions.AI and IVAO, at exhibition stands. There will be specialist presentations featuring news for both flight simulation professionals and amateurs. These include insights into simulator construction from Flugsimulator Rostock, a presentation by Dr Michael Offermann on simulator training for non-professional pilots and the launch of the virtual airline AirWürttemberg. Visitors can also look forward to a discovery tour of Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport.

Entry to the event and the talks is free; however, tickets must be purchased for the Captain's Dinner at the Paderborn Airport Forum, the MobiFlight workshop, and the airport tour.

The FS Conference is based on the successful "Flugsimulator Konferenz". Last year, the event continued under its new name. The 2024 instalment welcomed over 400 visitors, who were able to test new products from over 20 exhibitors spanning seven countries.
