100.000 verkaufte Exemplare in Deutschland seit dem Release am 22. bis Ende Juni: Dafür erhält "Final Fantasy XVI", das neueste Fantasy-Epos von Square Enix, den game Sales Award in Gold vom game - Verband der deutschen Games-Branche.

Die Verkäufe, die ausschließlich auf PlayStation 5 bezogen sind, da das Spiel aktuell ein Exklusivtitel ist, rechnen digitale und Einzelhandelsversionen zusammen.
