The big favourite ended up winning. Alan Wake 2 from Remedy Entertainment has won a total of three awards at the Nordic Game Awards 2024. Five other teams were also honoured.
The winners of the Nordic Game Awards 2024, held during NG24 Spring and streamed live from Slagthuset in Malmö, Sweden, have been announced. The big winner was Alan Wake 2 by Remedy Entertainment (Finland). The game won Nordic Game of the Year as well as the Best Art, and Best Audio awards. Bramble: The Mountain King by Maximum Entertainment received the award for Best Debut.
The sixteenth annual Nordic Game Awards were once again a highlight of the Nordic Game conference. The awards ceremony was hosted by Paula “Fenjima” Manrique from Sweden, game consultant, ambassador at Women in Games, and gaming expert at TV4 Nyhetsmorgon. The 2024 Nordic Game Awards are presented by Nordic Game, Virtuos and Uberstrategist.

The Nordic Game Awards is organised by the Nordic Game Institute in cooperation with Nordic Game Resources and the Nordic Game event team. The Nordic Game Institute consists of the following game producer associations: Dataspelsbranschen (SE), Icelandic Gaming Industry (IS), Neogames (FI), Spillprodusentforeningen (NO) and Producentforeningen (DK). The organisers appoint the Nordic Game Awards jury.
