As a new event for the German north, the Baltic Game Fest spins off from the Baltic Dev Days in April 2025. Two days of combined B2B and B2E presence, the Baltic Game Awards and a strong focus on indie games are the goal of the event organised by Seal.Games, Off The Beaten Track and Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH.

As a spinoff from the Baltic Dev Days in Neumünster, the city gets a new consumer game event from 11-12 April 2025: The Baltic Game Fest is organised in cooperation between Seal.Games, Off The Beaten Track and Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH. The event is focused on indie games and combines play stations for consumer with industry networking and expert talks. The Baltic Game Fest Awards will also be given away on the evening of the 11 April.

"We are delighted to have found an organiser in Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH that fully shares our vision of an event for Indie Games," says Boris Zander, Managing Director of Seal.Games.

Jens Bahr from Off The Beaten Track adds: "We can create something very special here. An event that is so strongly orientated towards the needs of indie developers is unique in Germany."

Indie developers can now apply online here for a booth at the Baltic Games Fest. Booth fees, table, branding, electricity and screen will be covered by the organiser. This means there are no currently direct costs for the teams.

"We are not planning a one-off event with maximum profit optimisation. By working together with Seal.Games and Off The Beaten Track, we are pursuing a long-term goal. The Baltic Games Fest should become a must-go event in the coming years, where visitors and exhibitors alike say at the end of the day: I want to go back next year," says Dirk Iwersen, Managing Director of Holstenhallen.
