German esports organization Berlin International Gaming (BIG) has announced a partnership with SoftwareOne, a software and cloud portfolio management provider with multiple offices across Germany. This collaboration marks a new chapter for both companies to enhance the esports landscape, focusing on recruitment initiatives and employer branding to attract and retain top talent. "By joining forces, BIG and SoftwareOne aim to create innovative activations that not only showcase their shared commitment to the esports and gaming community but also provide valuable opportunities for talent acquisition," BIG says.
