Am 28. und 29. Oktober veranstaltet Erfolgsentwickler Blizzard (u.a. "World Of WarCraft") die erste Blizzard Convention (BlizzCon) in Orange County, Kalifornien, USA. Fans und Spieler sind eingeladen, sich über die neuesten Produktionen zu informieren und an den Podiumsdiskussionen der Entwickler teilzunehmen. Darüber hinaus werden die besten "StarCraft" und "WarCraft"-Profis in einem Turnier antreten.
