Gamescom: Day Tickets for Saturday Are Sold Out
With just a few weeks to go, Saturday's gamescom is sold out, at least during the day. This was announced by the organisers on social media.

The organisers have announced on their social media channels that day tickets for the Saturday of the show are sold out. Thanks to longer opening hours, consumers also have the opportunity to buy evening tickets for Saturday. Saturday is traditionally the busiest day at the show. There are usually only a few tickets left for the other days at the start of the show.
The news is irrelevant to trade visitors anyway. The business area is only open from Wednesday to Friday. The weekend at gamescom is primarily for consumers in the entertainment sector. What is more important for the industry is that the fair is on track in terms of exhibitor numbers and internationality. The organisers from Koelnmesse and game confirmed this in mid-July. At a press conference to announce the trends and main theme of the fair, it was also revealed that there were ten percent more exhibitors than last year at this date.
