Following the successful publishing of Let Them Trade by Spaceflower last year, and the subsequent partnership with Oku at Irox Games, this third title cements ByteRockers' Games' indie-publishing ambitions. Maik Reichelt, CEO of ByteRockers' Games: "We are excited about the new partnership with a rising indie team that, at the same time, brings a wealth of industry experience. This women-led powerhouse of a studio impressed us right from the start, just as much as the core game idea of restoration itself. An important and beautiful topic without the usual 'serious games' touch. We aim to help this team achieve the success they absolutely deserve."

The Regreening is the debut game from Positive Impact Games, a remote studio based in Hamburg that was founded in 2024 by industry veterans who were awarded a Gamecity Hamburg Prototype Fund. The studio is led by Managing Director Volha Kapitonava, who has a background in marketing and is also a producer and mentor. She is supported by Creative Director Marie-Anne Hachey (previously of gamigo and Threaks), Technical Director Merve Meszaros (an engineer with ten years' experience) and Art Director Max Besseling (previously of Grinding Gear Games).

"Teaming up with ByteRockers' Games felt like finding our people. Their excitement for The Regreening and their love for meaningful, cozy games perfectly match where our hearts are. As a team rooted in care, craft, and community, we couldn't ask for a better partner to help us grow our first title." - Volha Kapitonava, Managing Director of Positive Impact Games

The Regreening is a farming simulation in which players restore a deserted world and reconnect with nature. Players encounter ancient spirits inspired by Baltic folklore and can explore their surroundings at their own pace.

The first quarter of 2026 is set to be a busy time for publisher ByteRockers' Games, who are currently preparing for the launch of their in-house coding bullet heaven Net.Attack().
