Wenn Geschichte zur Realität wird..., so der kalifornische Spieleentwickler Cinemaware zu seiner Rückkehr auf die internationale Entwicklerbühne. Zwischen 1986 und 1991 hatte das Team mit Spielen für den Amiga und NES auf sich aufmerksam gemacht. Der Titel "Defender of the Crown" für den Commodore Amiga sahnte zahlreiche Awards ab. Als eines der Erfolgsrezepte galt die multimediale Umsetzung von Kinofilmen. Titel wie "The Three Stooges", "Lords of the Rising Sun", "It came from the Desert" und die TV-Sports-Serie sind so manchem Amiga-Besitzer noch im Gedächtnis. Jetzt wollen Lars Batista und Sean Vesce mit ihrem Unternehmen neu durchstarten. Im Visier haben die beiden besonders PlayStation 2, X-Box und Game Boy Advance. Erster Titel soll "Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown" werden, eine Fortsetzung des preisgekrönten Spieletitels von 1986.
