Aerosoft's City Bus Manager Is Coming to Consoles
Another title from the Aerosoft portfolio is in the pipeline for consoles: City Bus Manager. The game, developed by PeDePe from Konstanz, will be released for PlayStation and Xbox in mid-May.
City Bus Manager from publisher Aerosoft (Paderborn) and developer PeDePe (Konstanz) will be released for PC on 25 June 2024. On 15 May 2025, console gamers will also be able to create their own bus routes around the world when City Bus Manager is released for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 at a price of €29.99.
In this bus simulation game, players build their own bus depot, complete with parking spaces, garages, warehouses, maintenance stations and washing facilities, as well as a service centre for ticket sales. But it is not only the passengers and customers that need to be taken care of, but also the staff. From their depot, players create bus routes that connect tourist attractions and take passengers to their destinations. Using OpenStreetMap data, players can choose to improve the bus timetable in their hometown, at least virtually, or in a place on the other side of the world. The map is made up of real data, bus stops and points of interest, with the exception of cities in China.
