Die Initiative startet am 30. September und soll Diversität und Gleichberechtigung im E-Sport vorantreiben. Unter anderem beteiligen sich daran die esports player foundation und SK Gaming.

Die Deutsche Telekom will ein Schlaglicht auf die Themen Diversität und Gleichberechtigung im E-Sport werfen. Daher startet sie zum 30.09. die Initiative #equalesports, die von der esports player foundation und SK Gaming mitgetragen wird.

So werden mehrere VertreterInnen der Deutschen Telekom, Jörg Adami und Evangelos Papathanassiou von der esports player foundation und Alex Müller von SK Gaming sowie die E-Sport-Akteuerinnen Lea Fitzen und Jana Möglich am Starttag darauf eingehen, welche Maßnahmen im Detail geplant sein werden. Dazu wird es ein Pressegespräch moderiert von Melek Balgün geben.
