Ubisoft hat für den März 2008 die Veröffentlichung eines Missionspakets für "Die Siedler: Aufstieg eines Königreichs" angekündigt.

Die Erweiterung wird den Untertitel "Reich des Ostens" tragen und das Strategiespiel um eine neue Kampagne mit acht Missionen, zusätzlichen Karten für Solo- und Multiplayer-Modi und neuen Funktionen erweitern. Namensgebend ist eine neue Klimazone, die dem tropischen Klima Indiens nachempfunden ist.
