Austrian publisher THQ Nordic will release Space for Sale from Swedish developer Mirage Game Studios into Early Access at the end of July. In this space simulation, players develop real estate on alien worlds.

THQ Nordic and Mirage Game Studios will launch Space for Sale in Early Access on 30 July 2024 for €20. A demo is already available. The game follows the journey of an intergalactic property developer on a quest to build welcoming homes, comfortable accommodation and luxurious estates. In Space for Sale, players explore alien worlds, befriend their wildlife, and build the home of their clients' dreams - solo or with a friend.

"Space for Sale is largely a system driven game, and as such we believe that getting a lot of input and feedback from our playerbase during development is vital to ensure the enjoyment and success of the product. Since the game is replayable at its core, we also think it fits the EA model nicely and would benefit from being gradually expanded and improved upon, together with the community," the developers, Mirage Game Studios, wrote about the Early Access. They expect to stay in Early Access for at least six months.

Mirage Game Studios is located in Karlstad, Sweden and was founded during fall 2016 by four avid gamers and experienced developers. In collaboration with THQ Nordic, they released their first game Little Big Workshop in 2019, which exceeded expectations and opened the door to start work on a new original IP, and this is Space for Sale.
