Noch bis zum 31. Dezember können auch deutsche Entwickler am zweiten Google Play Indie Games Contest teilnehmen. Zu gewinnen gibt es nicht nur Premiumplatzierungen im Play Store, sondern auch Kampagnen im Wert von bis zu 100.000 Euro.

Noch bis Jahresende läuft die Einreichfrist für den Google Play Indie Games Contest, an dem auch deutsche Entwickler teilnehmen können. Informationen zur Teilnahme hält Google auf einer speziellen Event-Site bereit. Zu gewinnen gibt es unter anderem Tickets zur Google I/O-Konferenz, Google-Hardware aber auch Promotions in den Google Play Marketing Kanälen. Die Highlights unter den Preisen sind aber Premium Platzierungen im Google Play Store, eine Influencer-Kampagne im Wert von 50.000 Euro sowie eine Digital-Media-Kampagne im Wert von 100.000 Euro.

Sponsor des diesjährigen Google Play Indie Games Contest ist Unity. Den Wettbewerb rief Google bereits  erstmals ins Leben.
