From solo developer Florian Wolf and publisher Deck13 Spotlight comes Pocket Wheels, a 3D platformer that doubles as a racing game, bringing 90s collectathon games to a miniature world.

Publisher Deck13 Spotlight and solo developer Florian Wolf have announced Pocket Wheels. "In Pocket Wheels you pick your favorite miniature ride and zoom through colorful, obstacle-filled rooms packed with unique challenges," the publisher said. "With tons of items to collect, new rooms to unlock and fresh vehicles to discover, Pocket Wheels fuses retro arcade fun with addictive 3D platforming and challenge-based missions. It's a high-speed adventure packed with tricky objectives and rewarding secrets, keeping you racing round every corner of this vibrant world." Pocket Wheels is coming to PC (Steam, GOG), PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in 2026. A demo can be downloaded from Steam.

Florian Wolf has lived in the Bergisches Land region of Germany for 35 years. The announcement reads: "His love for video games began at a young age - his first Atari joystick flew across the living room when he was only three years old (and there’s video proof!). From that moment on, his dream was clear: to become a 'game inventor'. After countless mods, game jams, and prototypes, he gained the experience needed to bring his passion project, Pocket Wheels, to life."
