Like last year, Krafton will host the PUBG Nations Cup as part of Game eSports Seoul, from 6 to 9 September. The German team is one of the established participants, featuring René ‘Braexco’ Rehling, Tim ‘Myca’ Bodenseh, Christian ‘Itzz_ChrizZ’ Blank, Jan ‘PaiinZ’ Kösters and Ivo ‘Kowo’ Schenk. Norway joins the competition for the first time.

Krafton will launch the PUBG Nations Cup (PNC) 2024, an international eSports competition for PUBG: Battlegrounds, on 6 September.

The German squad is already known: René ‘Braexco’ Rehling, Tim ‘Myca’ Bodenseh, Christian ‘Itzz_ChrizZ’ Blank, Jan ‘PaiinZ’ Kösters and Ivo ‘Kowo’ Schenk as Coach will compete for Germany in the PNC 2024.

The PNC 2024 will take place from 6 to 8 September 2024 in the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul, South Korea. Following last year's PNC 2023, this year's event will also serve as the main event of Game eSports Seoul (GES) 2024, a new initiative by the city to promote the gaming and esports industry.

The event will feature 16 national teams from around the world. Apart from title defendant South Korea and other established national teams, Indonesia will return to the PNC after a two-year absence and Norway will make their debut.

A total of 18 matches will be played at the PNC 2024, six of them per day. The final ranking will be determined by combining kill points and placement points from all matches. The base prize money is $300,000, plus 25% of the proceeds from the sale of PNC 2024 merchandise will be divided among the teams according to their final ranking.
