Career Fair Media for You Comes to Nuremberg for the First Time

Start Into Media invites pupils and students to visit the career fair Media For You Nuremberg on 26 April 2024, where they will have the opportunity to make contact with over 30 media companies and educational institutions. One of the seven topics will be games.

The career fair Media For You Nürnberg, organised by Start Into Media, will open its doors to students on 26 April 2024 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Gemeinschaftshaus Langwasser. For the purposes of the fair, the media industry is roughly divided into seven sub-sectors. One of the seven areas is the Games Space, which is shared by universities and colleges looking to promote their games degree programmes, as well as smaller development studios. As well as games, audio, design, marketing, news, publishing, VR, TV and film will be covered.

"The skills shortage is a widespread problem and to address this in the media sector, we at Start Into Media are giving media companies and educational institutions a free opportunity to promote themselves and the media industry to young people," write the organisers. "We do not offer career advice in the sense of a traditional fair, but with our own experience concept, which includes workshops, hands-on activities for career advisors and content creators on the Media Idol Stage".

Media For You will take place as part of Medientage München from 2022. On Friday, 26 April 2024, the career experience fair will also come to Nuremberg for the first time. Start Into Media is part of Medien.Bayern GmbH and a sister organisation of Medientage München.
