Games Ground Berlin is back for its third edition, and it's set to be the biggest one yet. More than 8,000 guests are expected, and the exhibition is almost sold out.

From 13 to 16 November 2025, Games Ground Berlin will take place at the Alte Münze. Following last year's attendance of over 4,500 visitors, more than 8,000 guests are expected this year (tickets), with the exhibition almost fully booked and numerous studios, publishers and international delegations already confirmed. As in previous years, Games Ground Berlin is supported by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg.

The festival begins with two days focused on business-to-business activities, bringing together leading companies and international game studios. Spread across four stages and comprising over 60 sessions, speakers from Blizzard, Square Enix, Bandai Namco, Xbox, Unity, Larian Studios, Supercell and Twitch will cover almost every aspect of the industry.

Programme excerpt: - Fernando Forero, Senior UI Artist at Blizzard Entertainment, sharing lessons from Diablo IV, The Witcher 3, and Cyberpunk 2077 - Mitsuo Hirakawa (Twitch) and Wouter van Vugt (Bandai Namco Europe) tackling community engagement - Vojta Nedved (Warhorse Studios) on the sound design of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II - Andrew Yoder (MachineGames) and Hanna Hoffman (MachineGames) dive into the design process and creation of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle - Lauren Hunter (Square Enix Collective) & Maria Maunula (Supercell) discuss the challenges of game production - An Impact Track curated by the Sustainable Games Alliance exploring sustainability, responsibility, and resilience in game development

Initiatives on Games Ground 2025: - Publisher Connect (GG, Spielfabrique, Tugboat Interactive) links 100+ curated studios with 40+ global publishers and investors, including Square Enix Collective, Focus Entertainment, Raw Fury, Kwalee, Maximum Entertainment, and Kepler Interactive - Mentor Ground hosts 60+ experts in art, design, tech, business, & community - Career Ground, powered by Unity, 8Bit, and Skillsearch, offers 1:1 portfolio reviews, CV guidance, and career advice - Pitch competitions from initiatives like Press Start and Rabbit Residency, curated showcases, and international delegations highlight indie creativity, AA productions, unreleased demos, and special game announcements - International delegations (e.g. The Game Hub League presenting "Spotlight Sweden") and curated showcases - spanning Germany, and countries including the UK, Japan, Czech Republic, France, Belgium and beyond - Networking continues after the sessions with mixers, live music, and a special game announcement party

After two Business Days, the festival continues with two Public Days filled with competitions, creators, cosplay, music, retro gaming, board games and tabletop games, as well as workshops and an exhibition hall full of game showcases.
