Games companies from Hamburg have the opportunity to travel to two events with Gamecity Hamburg: Nordic Game and gamescom. Applications can be submitted in April.

With the "Road to Programme" from Gamecity Hamburg, games teams from Hamburg can apply to travel to Nordic Game and gamescom. Up to four teams can go to Nordic Game in May and up to five teams can go to the Indie Arena Booth/Gamecity Hamburg Booth at gamescom in August.

Requirements: The headquarters or a branch office of the applicant must be located in Hamburg. The game developer/game company must be commercially oriented and belong to the games industry. A playable version of the submitted game must be available. Projects without a publisher for the submitted game will be given preference. For gamescom it is still necessary to register at the Indie Arena Booth, as well as meeting the Indie Arena Booth conditions & criteria.

  • Nordic Game (21 to 24 May): Application until 10 April via online form
  • gamescom (21 to 25 August): Application until 21 April via online form
