From 6 to 8 March 2026, the Kleine Olympiahalle will once again be dedicated to gaming, with an extra day added to the fair this time. GG Bavaria 2026 will be open to all visitors from Friday to Sunday. As always, there will be plenty to discover, including new games, esports and tournaments, as well as cosplay, pen & paper and the Artist Alley, which will feature more than 50 artists. Visitors can also look forward to walking acts and hands-on activities.

The following studios are also on site: Boxelware, Emergo Entertainment, Endrealm, Everflux Games, Fire Totem Games, Pixel Maniacs, thogli studios and Tistic Games. Demos for the following titles will be available, among others: Chilipixel Games (11SXXE - Deadly Temples of Peril), pixlerin (The Lost Hotel), Rambit Games (Atomic Age), Sonorode (Warding Witches) and Cobalt Lane (Imprinted). Level Up – Games/Bavaria Accelerator – will be featured in its own area. The teams will showcase their games: Favorite Ice Cream Studio (Mad Tilly's - Magical Amulets), Blossom Path Games (Valkyrie Rising: Hordes of Ragnarök), Sagewing Studio (Thomas Ireham in Crimson Spotlight), Spicy Sushi Games (OrbiTower), Wegfreund Games (S.T.A.R.V.E.), and Knidaria Games (Cube Grinder Factory).

Those interested in pursuing a career in game development can find out about suitable courses at various Bavarian universities and try out some of the students' projects. Represented institutions include Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, SAE Institute Munich, the Universities of Bamberg and Würzburg, TH Deggendorf and Kempten University of Applied Sciences.

The Career Space, now located in the main hall, will also offer talks and workshops for newcomers, career changers and those looking to advance in the games industry. Additionally, there will be an entertaining stage programme featuring live pen-and-paper games, esports matches, and indie showcases. Another highlight on Sunday will be the Cosplay Contest, organised in collaboration with Animexx e.V., followed by the GG Bavaria Awards ceremony, which will feature on-site audience voting and additional categories this year. Creators Huebi and Dävid will also appear on stage and interact with their communities in person.

GG Bavaria 2026 will take place from 6 to 8 March 2026 at the Kleine Olympiahalle in Munich. Regular day tickets are available from €19.00. The B2B Games Career Day is no longer part of the GG Bavaria weekend and will instead return at a later date.
