Flotsam, the survival town-builder set in a flooded world, left Steam Early Access on 4 December 2025. It is available to purchase for $24.99 / €22.99 / £19.99. The game is developed by Pajama Llama Games, a three-person indie game developer based in Ghent, Belgium. It has been in Early Access since September 2019. In early 2024, the Swiss publisher Stray Fawn Publishing came on board. Since 2023, Stray Fawn supports selected indie games.

According to concurrent users on Steam, Flotsam is Stray Fawn's second strongest launch to date, with 3,234 users. This puts it behind The Wandering Village (5,786 users) but ahead of Dungeon Crawler (2,790 users). The latter recently won two awards at the Deutscher Entwicklerpreis 2025.

Flotsam is a survival town-builder set in a colourful, post-apocalyptic world in which humanity is adrift among the ruins of civilisation. Version 1.0 introduces a main narrative questline, specialist quests, four new specialists (chemist, electrician, birdkeeper and aquaculturist), a new upgrade system, quality-of-life reworks, ten new buildings and new regions.
