Die Delegiertenversammlung des HDE - Hauptverband des Deutschen Einzelhandels hat heute Hermann Franzen zum dritten Mal als Präsidenten wiedergewählt. Der 63-jährige Franzen ist Mitinhaber eines der führenden Geschäfte für Porzellan in Düsseldorf. Bereits seit 1990 ist er der höchste Repräsentant des deutschen Einzelhandels. Darüber hinaus ist Franzen auch Präsident der Industrie- und Handelskammer Düsseldorf.
