Until last week, Funtainment GmbH had operated a TCG, boardgame, tabletop and retro games store in Munich’s main station quarter. While that store has now closed down, it is not an abandonment of the location, but a move and a business venture:

Funtainment, the German store chain daughter of CubeGolem, is reopening a new store at Herzogspitalstraße 4 this Friday. The store will be a cooperation with Figuya x Konsolenkost, who will have a store-in-store concept at the location.

The store will celebrate its opening on 27 and 28 March with cosplayers, TCG creators and a community event.

The cooperation is part of Figuya x Konsolenkost's drive for retail space; in the past months, the company has acquired and reopened several former GameStop retail stores.
