This year, Nordic Game will take place from 26 to 29 May in Malmö, Sweden, and Portside Game Assembly on 25 and 26 June in Hamburg, as can be seen in the GamesMarkt event calendar. A delegation trip by Bavarian developers is planned for both events, coordinated by the Games Bavaria network. Dev teams based in Bavaria who want to present a game at one of the events can apply for a grant of 500 euros for participation as part of the location promotion programme. The deadline for applications is 5 February.

On its website, where further information is available, Games Bavaria also reminds studios that they can submit proposals for attending other events. However, sufficient lead time must be allowed for this.
